Chibi—a Japanese word affectionately used to describe something small—is destined to become one of DesignCode’s iconic products, joining the ranks of Joyn and the Flamp lamp. With simplicity and ingenuity at its core, Chibi reinterprets the classic form of a lamp in a fresh, playful, and highly functional way.

Crafted from a single piece of iron, powder-coated and kiln-dried for strength and durability, Chibi embodies design efficiency. Every cut has been carefully considered to make the bending process quick, intuitive, and possible by hand. This clever approach allows the lamp to be produced in large quantities in very little time, without compromising its originality or quality.

Flat-packed before assembly, Chibi not only saves storage and shipping space but also reflects DesignCode’s commitment to intelligent, sustainable design. In just a few simple steps, the flat metal sheet transforms into a fully-formed lamp, merging practicality with a touch of magic.
